Pros

Pros are rapidly evaporating each year

Cons

Here’s one anecdote that explains the company culture perfectly: on Indigo’s website it lists free lunch as a perk, yet this park was taken away permanently from essential personnel in the middle of a pandemic. Yet Indigo is perfectly happy to use that perk as a lie to recruit new people knowing it isn’t coming back when people come back to the office. They handle all employee relationships like this, I could write a book!

Pros

Best thing was the salary

Cons

Cons include toxic work environment, especially if you're a marginalized social identity (queer, BIPOC, neurodiverse, etc.). Top title changes frequently. Terrible work/life balance.

Pros

very innovative, startup company. driven and sets large goals.

Cons

went through a number of layoffs during my short time there. with that being said there was constant fear, low morale, and lack of enthusiasm. there was no consistency on objectives and too much running before learning how to walk. lack of communication and in field knowledge of farming practices.
