      Pros

      Purpose driven company. A team of highly motivated and inspired individuals. It's hard not to be excited to get to work to tackle the challenge of the day as well as the larger challenges facing global agriculture.

      The company culture is second to none. They value their people and are committed to transparency and integrity. The workplace atmosphere is one that you want to come into everyday! I have loved being a part of this start-up... and we are growing by the day!

      Be prepared to move quickly. Its very fast paced.. which some may not be ready for.
