      Inspiring mission to disrupt and de-commoditize agriculture while improving farmers' profitability and protecting the environment - I don't know many companies that can top that Creating an organization the truly will change the world Freedom to express your creativity and leadership to drive value Customer focus - everything we do must improve our growers' lives and the planet

      We're a tech start-up in agriculture and learning as we go We're creating the 'playbook' Not everything works as intended forcing us to pivot and change Fast-paced environment may not be for those who enjoy rigid structure, process and controls

      - Lots of learning opportunities; I've learned many new and transferable skills at Indigo and been given additional responsibilities (and compensation) throughout my time here - Great people who are super smart and always willing to help - Exciting and impactful mission - Management has done a great job of supporting employees during COVID-19 and has put good safety measures in place for essential employees

      Cons

      A lot of people mention all the changes that have taken place at Indigo over the years and I've personally seen a lot of positive outcomes stemming from those changes and don't really see them as a negative. It is a fast paced environment that doesn't always have a ton of structure in place, so if you're looking for a job that does have a lot of structure, then Indigo may not be the place for you.

      The people are wonderful. The office is beautiful. Most people care deeply about what they're doing.

      The company is going through a period of growth and many changes are being made. Its unclear where the company will end up.
