Talented teams, generous pay, and a mission that still matters.

Cons

What used to be a culture of trust, autonomy, and experimentation became driven by fear, politics, and performance theater. Leadership often says the right things about values but doesn’t model them. Many high integrity people have been sidelined or pushed out for challenging dysfunction.
