There is an excessive number of middle managers, including many directors who don’t have direct reports. While experiences vary by team, some individuals in management roles are not well-suited for people leadership. On our team, certain directors showed favoritism and were overly protective of their peers in leadership. They often failed to take accountability for poor decisions and, unfortunately, sagging team members who were simply executing under unclear or misguided direction.

Line staff are adults with highschool humor ie slurs. Very little training was provided, lots of badmouthing staff, whole place seems a little full of it self.
