Pros

Great culture, competitive salary, WONDERFUL benefits. People first mentality.

Cons

Office twice a week. The office seems a bit empty - wish we can go back to remote.

Pros

An authentically inclusive culture. I've worked in corporate for over 20 years. Mission statements will claim diversity, a commitment to career development, and promises to the community. However, Indeed actually delivered. Every level of leadership, from director to is accessible, approachable and helpful. Although I was a fully remote employee and had limited access to the offices, each campus was cheerfully designed and a pleasure to work in. Employees were treated well and overall happy to come into the office. Wish I could have stayed forever

Cons

As a contracted remote employee, we weren't always "in the loop".

Pros

Indeed provides a strong foundation for operational professionals who value structure, collaboration, and impact. The company invests in its people, with clear systems for onboarding, professional development, and cross-functional support. Leadership generally fosters an inclusive and supportive work environment, and the teams are passionate about the mission. The scale and resources available also allow for thoughtful innovation and meaningful process improvements.

Cons

The company can be a bit redundant in its approach to certain internal processes, which may slow down decision-making or result in repetitive initiatives. However, this often stems from a desire to be thorough and aligned across teams.
