If there were any (perceived) pros of working for Indeed they quickly were forgotten about after I was stabbed in the back by my very inexperienced TL.

Cons

Backstabbing a go go. Very low retention rate of holding on to good people. No careers at Indeed. Only jobs if you can take the BS and unrealistic workload and targets. They are not so cool to work as they claim to be. Indefinite number of holidays a BIG joke. If you want to take two or three weeks off in a row managers refuses. The whole aim of all those free breakfast, sport drinks, snacks and meals is to keep employee in the office as long as possible.

When employees aren't at work, open holidays (paid time off) are one of our most popular benefits, but your workload does dictate when this can happen. Pros

Fun, young, collaborative environment. Everyone wants to see each other succeed. Management varied greatly. Each has their own style, so its hard to say what the experience will be on an individual basis. Open PTO is sweet. Just hit your number and do what you want.

Cons

Big disconnect between upper management and the ground floor. Big operational changes without much notice.
