Cons

No Leadership, Too much red tape, and their corporate values are just BS. They pay their marketing people completely different salaries and spent 3 years "looking into it" rather than rectifying the situation. They let their Trump driven board make decisions rather than allowing leadership to make the "right" decisions. They lay people off with an email and then shut down their computers. Tenured employees received the same severance as people who worked there for a year.

- Unlimited annual leave , standard up to 45 days per year - 15 days care givers leave - 6 months maternity/paternity leave - Pension, match up to 9% - Full health insurance - Free lunch with a restaurant every day - Free gym - Constant communication from SLT - 2 days in office, 3 days WFH - Big office with a fully stocked kitchen - Lovely location, beside grand canal dock - Low turnover - Get increases every for new FY, 2-4% - Previous CEO was fantastic, very informative of business performance

- Have done layoffs 3 years in a row, feel like your time is ticking - Very linear structure, not much room for growth/promotions - AI continuing to dominant our role so uncertainty around our future
