      Pros

      Management at my location was kind, willing to help you develop within your position, and hands on.

      Cons

      Pay, benefits, and room to grow within the company. I was being paid $16/hr for a job that in the area and with my experience should have been paying me $25 plus an hour. Benefits are crap, crap healthcare and only 3 paid vacation days. And even if you wanted to take a whole work week off (of course 2 of those days would be without pay, corporate did not like/allow that)

      The management team and clients are amazing to work with! Very diverse company, great flexible schedules and lots of opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      Becoming attached to the clients can be the most difficult part of the job.
