Big company with relatively good benefits. Makes your CV looks better.

Cons

Small sites not good for selling cars. Even not enough parking space for service customers. Move cars all the time. Poor management, no support. Everything pushes to last minute. Commission gets wrong all the time, needs to bargain with accountant every month. Stressful work on chasing everything moves and gets it done.
