Inchcape offer a diverse range of roles including motor technicians, sales executives and financial orientated roles across many sites in the UK.

Cons

Career progression can be difficult and it has a complicated management structure that can inhibit development of ideas. Now exited the South of England

Plenty of learning opportunity..... stepping stone opportunity, depending on how you look at it. Nice team of people. Everyone helpful

Cons

Salary not reflective of role. Management are focussed on their own and rarely consider their team. As long as they look good is all that matters.
