Pros

- Government Cycle to Work scheme - Tool insurance (for technicians)

Cons

In short, Inchcape is the worst employer I have had the misfortune to work for in my entire life. Inchcape management is one of the most poorly curated teams I have ever come across in my life. They are incompetent, inexperienced and wholly unsuited to the roles they are in. Hostile / toxic work environment, verbal abuse, unchecked management going wild.
