Great teams and was able to enjoy some great times. Career progression opportunities are good. Decent salary.

Sometimes the rigmarole of a Plc was intense - it needed to be easier to do the job. Hours are often extreme working into the night, leaves very little work-life balance. 1-2-1s were always forged, I never really had proper training.
