Lots of training/courses to learn from

No change even if needed, the people who do the least work get the most praise, horrendous rude service team, managers are PLC robots. Staff are just a number and large turnover of staff

Excpected something good, but got a theatrical charade

Good pay, great buildings and leaders had good results communication process. The've got great brands.

Cons

No leadership. Results do not offer any kind of assurances neither does great working environments that a few ex-leaders provided. In fact, good leaders that don't agreed to C-Level managers were fired. Apparently bootlickers thrive. Published career opportunities are closed before they started but HR continued with the charade
