Terrible leadership, I had over 10 years with Inchcape and it felt like the most disorganised place over ever been in my life. The team(s) I worked with lasted around 3-8 months before people left and moved on, payplans were always bad compared to other dealer groups and then completely ruined in 2023 with agency model. We had our entire team leave and was replaced with children from curry’s and PC world.
