      Pros

      Hard work, but good fun. Like many dealerships - the team makes the day go easy.

      Cons

      Lots of middle management trying to pull in different directions. FCA compliance / TCF was very low on the priority list. Old boys club for promotions and opportunities. Whatsapp queries from upper management out of hours and weekends is toxic.

      Pros

      Some good brands to sell within the group.

      Cons

      Regardless of your experience, they treat a new starter (even if they'd previously worked for them!) so poorly. To me, it felt like, as long as you were producing the units, they didn't really care for you reaching out in the community to build a local awareness and hopefully drum up more business. It was not about the experience, it was all about the transaction.
