Cons

Long long hours you may have a £21,000 basic but if you got payed per hour on minimum wage you would be better off.

Pros

Company car The team I “used “ to work with

Cons

Staff feel under appreciated Always feel like you have to prove yourself Staff that has been brought over are inexperienced and lazy Older Inchcape staff not appreciated at all in their experience. No one listens when new processes don’t work and just let it break and leave it to older staff to work out a fix. They just want robots. Nothing but a number

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I’m sorry that you didn’t enjoy your time with us. As a company, we’ve tried to introduce flexible working practices to help employees strike the right work-life balance. I can’t comment on specific pay here, as it’s not clear which retailer you worked with, but we are saddened that Inchcape wasn’t for you. We wish you all the best in your future.
