Cons

No balance between working for Inchcape and having any time for your family. Work every Saturday, every other Sunday, 1 day off during the week.

Good group considering all other dealer groups.

Cons

Not enough time off. Paying too much in Company car tax for it to be used by customers / Always changing cars etc so never really a car for yourself.
