Decent salary, good job security, flexible working hours an option if it can be worked around business demands

Cons

Constant changing priorities, unachievable SLAs, poor IT systems, little pro-active work dome far too reactionary, no uniformity across sites

They don't seem to push or demand for loads of overtime the work load is good and the basic salary is reasonable

Cons

The bonus won't light any fires, the opportunity for overtime is lacking if you wanted to boost your wage that way

Can't think of any apart from the end of the working day

Cons

They like to rule with an Iron fist and get really upset and HR make your life unbearable if you get the union a a solicitor involved as you're not ever supposed to question them
