Pros

Very well relaxed, treated like human beings and left to make decisions yourself. The company has come on leaps and bounds

Cons

Need to try and get front front of house right at the weekends and the car park issue

Pros

Great team spirit, good fun on a good day. Decent money when not taking hours into the account, new car to drive, commission on holiday, good training (BUT - read below).

Cons

Job is 70% of idiotic tasks - moving cars, fetching keys etc., 30% sales. No regard for health or wellbeing of employees at all, no training when starting hence very high staff turnover. Very long hours full of work every single minute, no lunch break (answer the phones while eating?!), being micromanaged and treated like an idiot at all times. Shouting, tantrums, slamming doors and quitting are part of a day. Lots of small annoying things no one cares to change. All in all waste of time and health, definitely do not recommend Inchcape unless you’re a 20 year old with bags of energy and fancy a new car...
