Customers are allowed to throw abuse at you

Great staff perks like car schemes, good holiday allowance, free parking, lots of vouchers and incentives on offer

Cons

Land Rover customers are allowed to throw abuse at you eg "useless cow" and allowed to swear at you on the phone without management drawing a line. Managers not sympathetic.

Colleagues are great, good work atmosphere.

Cons

Company won the "best big 25 companies to work for" since then overtime rate cut, bonuses cut, tea breaks cut, etc. Everything that got them the status has gone but they proudly still boast "best company".
