potential to earn very good money the culture can be good in some dealerships company acts with integrity from a customer perspective

depending on the dealership you work at, the culture can be bad. work life balance is not good at any of the inchcape sites. company wants to ring every drop out of you with the working hours and bad working patterns.

Carnage management, we are being sold so they don't care. Hi turnover of staff, almost no Techs left in the workshop. Almost no service advisers left. Poor wages and bonus, high staff burn rate.
