Pros

Colleagues are great, good work atmosphere.

Cons

Company won the "best big 25 companies to work for" since then overtime rate cut, bonuses cut, tea breaks cut, etc. Everything that got them the status has gone but they proudly still boast "best company".

Pros

More ethical, corporate style of behaviours than smaller privately owned dealerships who are still old school dodgy car hacks.

Cons

So much bureaucracy you could drown in it. The company drums on about customer centricity but forgets that it all starts with employee centricity.
