At Inchcape we want everyone to feel empowered to take the lead on their development, we therefore encourage seeking learning opportunities which you can track within your learning dashboard on iLearn (iLearn is Inchcape’s personal online learning and development portal, designed to give our colleagues a quick and easily accessible way to complete our mandatory training to ensure you are fully compliant to work here.) Inchcape have recently made changes to some of our networks in order to support our strategy, of being the ‘World’s most trusted automotive distributor and retailer’, to create density of representation in key market areas so we can operate more efficiently. Inchcape set themselves a 100 day challenge which we hope will fundamentally improve our performance as a business by reducing how much money we spend by 10% before the end of 2019.
