lack of meritocrazy

Pros

recognized brand, discounts for flight tickets, cool business to learn and still many good workers remain here, so you can learn from them

Cons

There is a lack of meritocrazy that results in a poorly motivated staff and frustrated aspirations. In order to be considered for a promotion, you need to be an ex-consultant, preferably male, and senior management "friend". There is a lot of mobbing and bullying to people who have been working in the company >10 years. Salaries for ground/corporate workers and new crew are clearly below market average. Huge differencies among old iberia, with very good conditions, and new staff, with temporary contracts, low salaries and few incentives. Moreover, variable part of the salary is subjectively granted with no real performance measure or even justice. Do not accept any promise, only written commitment

Pros

Free flights under space conditions

Cons

It takes around 12h a day to get your work more or less done. That makes work-life balance a bit challenging and leaves no time for your personal life. Managers are completely dull, we're working for long hours with 8 year old computers that are sooo slow and sometimes we lost work. They don't care about people, if you leave home "early" they will ask you "where are you going?" 0 Career Opportunities. Very bad place to work, everyone wants to move from this company!
