Pros

Great internal team, based in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro Customer-oriented Everyone is very dedicated to offering the best to clients Sales team is very supportive of each other, specially as a new hire

Cons

The HQ orientations are confusing and many times counter-productive, making sales executives write long and confusing reports while telling them they should be visiting clients.
