DISASTER

Pros

Nothing much to say, some co-workers are fun.

Cons

The most horrible company I've ever worked at. They are a BIG MESS, they don't care about your personal life, they won't pay you the minimum wage, you can't choose any aspect of your roster, they environment is discriminatory...

Pros

Monthly wage paid on time.

Cons

Jeppessen roster system adjusted on 100% productivity all the year around. Processes changes at the rhythm of diapers, burnout colleagues, a Titanic at sight, soon it will victim of great resignation. Industrial discounted tickets charged with fees, taxes... it doesn't make any sense to use em having better choice on low cost promos.

Pros

Discount ticket benefits and generous % based bonus

Cons

Extremely challenging working hours that are not reflected in salary; micromanagement coming from top execs; lack of clarity related to expectations towards an employee; treating employees as "pawns" that can be moved as wished; conservative working culture
