Pros
The hours are not bad, and the benefits are reasonable. There is considerable flexibility on your work hours and work location. Colleagues are generally nice and fun to work with.
Cons
There is a lot of bureaucracy (as with any company of this size), but the internal groups are highly inefficient at getting stuff done. It takes forever just to get your computer fixed, for example. There is also a general sense of unhelpfulness, in that other groups are typically not willing to share their information or lend a helping hand when asked. There is also not a good sense of a unified culture, with all the recent acquisitions that the company has made. Compensation is also lower than competitors, and the company as a whole seems to be struggling.
