Decent pay Flex time Good stepping stone to start career Travel opportunities This is a good company to start a career, will help prepare for corporate business world, by showing the opportunities and potential pitfalls of corp America.

Cons

Favoritism (it's not what you know, it's who you know) Expectations are not realistic/achievable, which is demotivating Quality employees undervalued, under-recognized Often too internally focused, 'tick box" mentality Meetings for the sake of having meetings Don't expect reward for job well done. Everyone comes with their own siloed agenda to the table, and you will find yourself going nowhere very fast.

A lot of tension between various teams and departments. Way, way too many managers. Hyper sensitive change control, which is understandable but also constricting.
