      Good people, but everyone is stretched. Executive vision, execution lacking.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great coworkers... those that remain. Vital product to pharma industry. Increasing emphasis on employee development, mentoring and retention as merits and bonuses eliminated.

      Cons

      Years of layoffs have taken their toll... those who remain are beyond stretched Not an innovative company Ability to execute beyond core products is questionable New owners (TPG) actions are sure to be disruptive to existing personnel, but could be of overall benefit No merit salary increases for most employees, reduced bonuses.

      Pros

      Great benefits and discounts ranging from free tix to RBC Center to Tuition Reimbursement to discounts on vehicle purchases. Training is best compared to other CROs in the area.

      Cons

      Communication is lacking between middle and upper management and employees. Managers are helpful, but some department heads do a poor job of communicating with employees.

      Pros

      Excellent place to start your career in Clinical Research. Great pay and benefits. Excellent training program. I enjoyed the fact that they do not micro manage

      Cons

      Difficult to get promoted due to politics. Not a bad place to work . If you have the experience check out other pharmaceutical companies.
