      Great experience for college undergrads, although internship program still has plenty of room to grow.

      Pros

      Culture is great. People are very friendly. They give you a really great work-life balance, with the option to work from home when necessary. Client services is great when you want to communicate with other pharma bio-tech companies.

      Cons

      There is a growing fear about layoffs because of outsourcing, especially in IT. The job can be very stressful as reports are constantly needed to be on time and without flaw.

      Pros

      Flexible working hours, open communcication between management and employees. Continuous training opportunities foir staff, and lastly satisfactory pay packages. Will recommend to others.

      Cons

      Too much workload at times, company should consider staff manpower before getting on business and deals. Staff participating in too many projects at times, unable to focus effectively onto projects.

      Pros

      Very accomodating to personal work schedules, depending on your supervisor. Mostly pleasant co-workers with friendly environment. Frequent celebrations and parties (bread and circuses anyone?)

      Cons

      Severe brain drain over the past few years with knowledgeable and experienced employees replaced through attrition and favoritism by less qualified individuals, both on-shore and off-shore. Data created is consistent, but not accurate--this is the driving force behind management. Management by bullying is the norm at high levels.
