      Always chances to learn more Great culture and attitude within some offices Opportunities are there to move to other groups

      Not adapting and implementing newest technologies on regular basis Not always willing to adapt and change Makes decisions on higher levels, doesn't take employees concerns always to heart when making decisions, as well as country and how decisions affect a country office

      Exposure to a global workplace. Good benefits. Solid training.

      Cons

      Little work-life balance support from management. Volume of work very high and you can either go with it and take it in as high-paced training or get burned out quickly.
