      Some flexibility in working hours; Half day off per month; 20 working days leave; It pays most of my bills

      Cons

      WARNING: More cons than pros. 1. Nepotism is rife at this company. 2. Expect to see WORK-life balance along the lines of... did you see WORK is capitalized and life is not? That should tell you something... 3. Don't EVER shine or stand out, you will be cut down just below the knees.

      Good benefits, good pay, very smart people everywhere. Providing intelligence to an important business sector (healthcare) can create some unique opportunities.

      Big company politics get in the way of progress. New management team is smart, but appears arrogant and has created a turbulent and unsettled atmosphere. The core market is shrinking, and expanding into other sectors has been challenging for the company to-date..

      Cons

      Difficult to manage work life balance. Favoritism is shown. Sense of mistrust among leadership and regular employees. So many people have been there for so long that there are tight knit circles. Hard for new people to find a home.
