      Pros

      Lots of opportunities at Quintiles. Company prioritizes work life balance. Company is stable and values employees.

      Cons

      While the company is more stable than others in the industry, the pay is not as competitive as other companies. The pay is not bad, but I believe the companies that are less stable (i.e. more risk) have to pay slightly more to compensate for this fact.

      Pros

      IMS is moving in a smart, focused direction to grow through new info technology and services solutions. Employees at all levels have an opportunity to contribute and make a difference. It's a global, collaborative organization moving at a very fast pace. The people are smart, and it's a place where you can quickly get a strong grasp of pharma.

      Cons

      Organization/positioning more complex than it needs to be. It can be a challenge at times keeping up with all the changes/different workstreams. Heavy focus on meetings/conference calls.
