      Pros

      great place to start a healthcare sales career if your a successful B2B rep or even a successful college grad.

      Cons

      Quintiles is a contract company and contracts end. I myself have been let go twice as well as my wife and they do not call you back to work when new opportunities open up.

      Pros

      Work from home opportunities Training opportunities Respected Love my co-workers I could go on! I worked at Quintiles from 2004 - 2008 and was trained, respected and flourished as a CRA to a CTL. I decided to try my hand at Sponsor companies... and learned that I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Quintiles, they're organized, transparant (work hard = promotion) and diverse! SO happy to be back and I don't plan on leaving again.

      Cons

      New systems are sometimes difficult to learn... Business Development sometimes tries to get contracts with companies that we should stay away from.
