Pros
Managers and above enjoy few additional privileges. Leave policy best in industry till 2013
Cons
Many employees have been associated with Quintiles for very long time and Sr Mgmt listen to them so no space for innovation. Very limited scope for growth and appraisal is very very less. Due to organization role changes many employees have decided to move on. Middle Management in my opinion is not matured enough and always depends on their line manager to make any/all decisions and this gives wrong vibe to their direct reports.
