      The company gives opportunities to freshers. Work environment fun filled; lot of flexibility provided, specially to married ladies

      Cons

      The compensation and benefits are not upto the mark. The company or the management does not value the contribution of existing employees and their valuable contributions to team.

      Great team, enviroment, great ''school'' which teaches the clinical research job related features

      Cons

      low salaries, high workload, limited grow up possibilities;strange and negative corporate decision are made often and these have a huge impact on the employees, nothing done to retain people in; huge turnover.
