      flexible timing and on-time salary.

      Cons

      Don't bother to join if you dont have skills to butter your manager and management. People here grow based on how many times they set f2f meeting with manager/director in a day (Specially in Development center). No projects, few which are running have no /limited ability to get ROI. Hike is a myth here.. Onsite opportunities !! what is it ? :) I saw those travelling who don't even know the ABCD of the project. Not sure what they travel for (May be they are bored at one place ) :) . If you are expecting to have a challenging carrier here than please stay away , its not for people who look forward to grow in their life however this is a FANTASTIC place for those who dont wanna do anything in life except for talking in meetings. Don't even have it as a second choice

      Work life balance is OK.

      Cons

      Lacking vision, trying to be like a software company, but failing at every step of the way. Basic IT support is outsourced to India, often times not aware of internal changes to the system or how to fix issues. Not very competitive with pay, lacking stock option program still.

      Amazing Higher Management (The one out of India) Good Work environment . Cab services Work from Home (only if your manager wants to give you) in house Food and Cafeteria. Max number of leaves (But you cant utilize it all cos they never approve many). Average pay but Special Allowance an get you a lot

      Cons

      Local management puts their insights and makes the work environment pathetic with no transparency and no clarification (PVC) and this results in frustration and confusion at lower level. Monetary offers and compensation are controlled by local management and they cut cost to the core. HR Department is Spineless to help with Work life balance, decrease work pressure. They do not and can not act against managers or any person on the higher post because he is the kind and people under him are slaves and no one cares about them. Managers will call in off hours and week ends and ask you to work like it is not a leave day and we owe it to them even if you have achieved your targets. The more you boot lick the more you grow.
