      Awful onboarding and training, bad COL's, but overall good for balance and salary for Bulgaria

      -Good Salary for Bulgaria (2022) -Work flexibility for self organization (hybrid) -Helpful coworkers (online) -New facilities by 2023.

      Cons

      -Coworkers at the Sofia office not friendly to foreigners -Terrible management -Uninteresting work -Irregular peaks of high load of work, and low ones. -Awful onboarding, no good supervision at the beginning, you need to learn everything by yourself, e-learning does takes 2 months and does not prepare you for the job.
