Pros

Good culture, great interaction with other employees. Small Management tree. Always asking what can be done to improve both products and working environment. Great view from offices.

Cons

Not the easiest place to commute to. Too much of this was done in start up and we really do not have the time to fix.

No proper management team Very bad HR policy like small companies Incentive/Bonus policies are also equal to small companies You will not be evaluated properly for min 1 year even if you perform great

Flexibility in timings, at-least in my team.

Cons

No process is followed in software development. Work pressure. Very little career growth. Not employee friendly. Strict dresscode to follow, very annoying. Very bad managers. Hike is totally dependent on your relationship with your manager.
