      Experienced management team, company doing well and growing towards good results, no politics lean organization

      Cons

      Facilities are not great, not a lot of free lunches, equity is not competitive with bay area, could be clearer career development

      Pros

      After working at several other By area startups, I decided to give ipsy a chance. I've been working here for 8 months and I can say it's been by far the best experience I've had. Unlike other companies where the strategy changes one minute to the next, ipsy has clear leadership that stands for the company values. Compensation is good. Overall I find it to be a good company atmosphere.

      Cons

      I wish they had a better food selection in the office. Also the bathrooms and facilities leave a lot to be desired!

      Pros

      I've been at this job for 6 months and really love it. Co-workers are truly nice and there's no politics, company is doing great, so far no real issues

      Cons

      So far no real issues that I've seen. Salaries could be a bit higher given how expensive it is to live in bay area
