The company has a clear strategy for revenue generation, so it strives to maintain financial liquidity. The company seeks quick and easy adaptations to maintain its presence in the market.

Cons

Adapting quickly to changes can lead to periods of stress. Deadlines are usually limited to quarterly periods, making it difficult to negotiate major features or changes. The company seeks innovation but can be slow to organize and achieve it.
