Fast-paced start up environment; ability to learn and gain many different skills; upper management allowed lower level staff to make decisions and did not micromanage workload. Kind and supportive coworkers.

Cons

Very small company; when product sales stagnated the environment became difficult and stressful. Some upper level staff could at times be condescending.
