Pros

good benefits great building admin (depending on your school) highest salaries around Indianapolis make a difference in children's lives

Cons

They give you 10 sick days a year, but you earn bad "points" if you actually take them. Indiana overall has super low wages for teachers headquarters has too many goals going on at once, and always making new ones and you wonder about the old ones
