      Perfect position and company for a Self-starter and many opportunities to make an impact as it is a growing company with many processes to implement.

      Cons

      not the kind of place if you like a strict set of responsibilities or if you are uneasy working and making decisions in an environment where information is hard to get.

      Pros

      The best job in my experience so far. Working in the entertainment and movie industry was a very good experience. You always learn something during scheduled preventive maintenance visits.

      Cons

      There is no downsides working at IMAX. Although there is always politics when it comes to big corporations when it comes down to job security other than that it is great.
