Cronyism and nepotism is the way management works in this company completely encompassing every decision where clients are abused by unethical practices. The poor record keeping, leads to unethical charges appiled to clients. Its a flawed business model. Documentation is so poor, and reluctance to correct it. Software is so fragile changes are sent out with out any testing cause havoc . Understand that this is not an engineering company, but rather a bunch of wanna be hobbists that poaches industry leading technology only to place a sheetmetal box around it and call it imax.

The company is on a huge growth trajectory, with IMAX's cinemas continuing to outperform the industry, IMAX always part of the biggest film productions in the world, and their technology constantly innovating and evolving. Leadership are amazing, work / life balance is spot on and it's a fun, rewarding place to work.
