High turnover in the finance dept, disorganized. Leadership team isn't very engaged in their duties and their attitude spill over into the rest of the team. Finance team is old school big 4 accountants who've lost touch with what a modern workplace should be.

If you like the pressure and fast pace of a hurry up and wait environment, then IMAX is the place for you. Management is bad from the top down (Many people have said that here and it's true). Poor communication between the LA and Toronto office (when they are even available). Majority of the VPs, Directors and Managers should be working at Walgreens. Parking is horrific. The Culture and environment are depressing and non-motivating. Most people look like they'd rather be somewhere else. HR is a revolving door, IT is a revolving door. Overall super weird culture and environment. Hands down one of the worst places I've worked with some of the worst bosses I've ever worked for. Do yourself a favor and don't walk, but RUN from this place.
