The people were fantastic. The community was good and the teams were strong.

Cons

I was there during a period of growth, and the processes we had were not scaling with the growth, so this put my particular position in a tough spot.

If you work hard you'll create opportunities for yourself. Excellent benefits, and good pay for the work. There are opportunities for growth if you're committed to them and the opportunity presents itself.

Cons

The management structure needs to be reviewed. There is a disconnect between upper management and the role of those on the floor.
