Design work is impeccable and the talented team are quite driven.

Cons

Lack of organisation, Time management and leadership. Not receptive to change leading to poor work life balance. Everything must be pushed for including salaries sometimes

The company offers alot and there are some real exciting opportunities in other departments.

Cons

High turnover in the finance dept, disorganized. Leadership team isn't very engaged in their duties and their attitude spill over into the rest of the team. Finance team is old school big 4 accountants who've lost touch with what a modern workplace should be.
