Pros

A company culture that promotes a positive outlook at work, Work/Life balance, genuine interest in employees' welfare, plenty of learning and development opportunities provided to all

Cons

Above the front-line co-worker level you have a lot of managers who are mostly interested in justifying their own existence rather than moving the company forward. Employees like the low pressure atmosphere but it's not probably the best way to grow the business, but oh well, I am not really complaining.

Pros

Friendly co workers and managers. Streamlined work and products flow that is not stressful to handle. Effective communication among different departments and functions.

Cons

Relatively low salary and long working hours. Tough going work for frontline co workers. Heavy multitasking for managers which may lead to errors and judgment miscues.
